Scholarships
Portfolio schools have historically been a barrier to entry for many aspiring advertising creatives. We designed book180 to be part of the solution, but we understand the tuition may still be too big of a burden for some people. So in addition to flexible payment plans, we offer new and different scholarships every semester. Here are the current scholarships we're offering.
The About Face Scholarship
Big career changes take courage. The About Face Scholarship was created to provide $1,500 in support to a veteran who’s ready to channel their discipline, determination, and experience into a new creative career in copywriting or art direction. All scholarship materials (essay, book180 application and supporting documents) are due September 10, 2026. First, start by applying to book180's Fall 2026 Semester.

The Rory & Reece Scholarship
In the past year, book180’s founders welcomed two tiny new team members: Rory and Reece. To celebrate, we're offering a $1,750 scholarship to a mom who's navigating the beautiful chaos of parenthood on her journey to a new creative career. This scholarship also includes a $250 reimbursement towards Care.com services, for a little extra backup while at book180.
